To create an account on golds, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited, and any violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You may not allow any third party to access your account. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
- Provide your correct name, age, and contact details at the time of registration.
- Use a strong password and update it regularly.
- Always log out after using a public device.
- A copy of your National ID may be required for account verification.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users must comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh while using the golds platform. Any illegal activity, fraud, spam, or distribution of harmful software through the platform is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized attempts to access another user's account will be subject to legal action.
Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug for personal gain is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the user's account will be terminated and legal action may be taken. Every user is responsible for engaging in fair and legitimate conduct when betting or gaming.
If multiple accounts are used to abuse any bonus or promotion, or if an attempt is made to defraud the system, golds reserves the right to immediately suspend the accounts involved.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the golds platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We support deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.
Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed. Withdrawal requests are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. Deposited funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be used for betting or gaming.

Golds reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms or fraudulent activity.
- Creating multiple accounts.
- Suspected illegal financial transactions.
- Unverified account or provision of false information.
- Using bots or automation to defraud the system.
If an account is closed, the user will be notified by email, and any valid remaining balance will be returned where applicable.

These terms are governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
